Project Beneficiaries:
- 30 visually impaired children living in rural areas and small provinces are being raised in Thien An Shelter.
- The Ho Chi Minh City Sports Group with Disabilities will have more new athletes.

Project activities:
Arrange for 30 blind children being raised at the Thien An Shelter in rural and provincial regions to participate in a training program for general swimming and self-protection from water risks.


Short-term goal:
- After 4 months, 27 Thien An visually impaired children (90%) completed the Universal Swimming Training and Self-Defense Skills from water dangers (tested and certified by the District Sports Center Tan Binh).
- After 4 months, 6 children with visual impairment Thien An (20%) will continue the tradition of seniors and seniors joining the swimming team of the Ho Chi Minh City Disabled Athletes Union.
