2. Project proposal:
- Implementation period: 1/5/2016 - 30/4/2017

Project Beneficiaries:
- People with intellectual disabilities: 8 people, from 21-35 years old. Living in the districts of Binh Thanh, District 5, District 10. House of Friends- 4 children go daily, 1 child goes 2 days/week, 1 child comes in every day- manager has heart issues so an individual can only come in if their parent can carry them and 1 child has just joined our group and been familiarizing himself with the new environment.
- Teacher in charge of the group: Female teacher, 37 years old. Living in Tan Binh district
- Volunteers: 4 people, age 19-71. Living in Binh Thanh District, District 10. Including a volunteer teaching painting with severe mobility impairment.

Challenges in the beneficiary community:
The group works on the donations from parents. Currently, there is a shortage as 2 families are in difficulty, so cannot pay the tuition fees as required. In addition, another child just took a break to go abroad with his family, and another child moved away from home to the Friends House, so manager can't go to the group regularly. Therefore, the group's revenue is extremely tight, need urgent financial assistance to get through this period.

Project activities:
Support for the organization's operations, upkeep of the living conditions for children with impairments, and employee wages
Long-term goal:
Maintain the group's activities for a long time so that people with disabilities have a living environment, have a teacher in charge of the day, have a place to study, work, and play, to help maintain and develop necessary independence skills, reduce stress for parents.

Short-term goal:
Continue to maintain long-term activities of the group. Ensure that children with disabilities have a stable place of living, learning, and playing
