House of Friends- 4 children go daily, 1 child goes 2 days/week, 1 child comes in every day- manager has heart issues so an individual can only come in if their parent can carry them.

- Volunteers: 4 people, age 19-71. Living in Binh Thanh District, District 10. Including a volunteer teaching painting with severe mobility impairment.
4. Target community / beneficiaries challenges:
Team has to pay rent, teacher, and other expenses every month. This is difficult, require support for teacher's salary of 4.35 million / month, then can continue to operate well.
1. Initiative proposal:
The group works on the donations from parents. Currently, there is a shortage as 2 families are in difficulty, so cannot pay the tuition fees as required. In addition, another child just took a break to go abroad with his family, and another child moved away from home to the Friends House, so manager can't go to the group regularly. Therefore, the group's revenue is extremely tight, need urgent financial assistance to get through this period.
2. Long-term goals:
Maintain the group's activities for a long time so that people with disabilities have a living environment, have a teacher in charge of the day, have a place to study, work, and play, to help maintain and develop necessary independence skills, reduce stress for parents.

3. Expectation outcomes/changes:
Continue to maintain long-term activities of the group. Ensure that children with disabilities have a stable place of living, learning, and playing
