1. Initiative proposal:
The Children Sponsor Association of Ho Chi Minh City has many projects, including the Cau Han project operating in District 7, the project has an important activity to help migrant children continue to go to school to improve their education. So Love Class II in Cau Han was established in 2000 and located in Quarter 3, Tan Thuan Tay Ward, District 7. In the 2013-2014 school year, Tinh Thuong II School had 65 students from grade 1 to grade 5, This school is sponsored by Nguyen Thi Dinh Primary School in terms of curriculum as well as books and transcripts to help students have the full legal status of a primary school student. Children in school still have many difficulties in dressing and books as well as lack of family attention because parents are busy with their livelihoods. Because parents go to work too early, many children go to school with an empty stomach, so many times the children cannot follow lessons, cannot compete with their classmates, while studying, some children faint because of fatigue.
