Challenges in the beneficiary community:
- When receiving bad news about cancer, patients and their families usually get scared and anxious. Doctors in Vietnam rarely explain in detail the disease and treatment methods, so patients and families usually have to search on the Internet or consult their network, which can lead to false information that can be life-threatening or affect the quality of life of the patient. Many patients regretfully miss the better treatment because of fake news.

- For healthy people, receiving false information can also lead to unnecessary screening for cancer, overdiagnosis or overtreatment of cancer.
Prejudice towards cancer patients is also a problem in the community that can further isolate the patient.
