2. Project proposal:
- Implementation period: 9/2014 - 5/2015
- Location: Primary schools in the suburbs and outskirts of Ho Chi Minh City (District 6,7,8, Binh Tan, Nha Be District, Binh Chanh…), especially in places which slip past organizations attention regarding extracurricular activities

Project Beneficiaries:
- Beneficiaries: Primary school students (grade 4)
- Quantity: 360 children

Project activities:
The series of programs will include 6 mini-programs with 6 different topics on the environment: Soil, Water, Air, Energy, Wildlife, Climate Change; held monthly at 6 primary schools in Ho Chi Minh City. The project consists of 2 phases:
- Phase 1: Series of programs "Go green at school" (9 / 2014-3 / 2015)
- Phase 2: Green Gala (May 2015)

Long-term goal:
The proposed project aims to help elementary school students gain basic knowledge about environmental issues, ensuring they protect their surroundings from childhood.

Short-term goal:
-Make sure the number of students participating throughout the small programs in each elementary school.
-80% of participating students love to have objective perceptions about nature and surroundings.
-In each elementary school, depending on the school's conditions, GFOC will cooperate with the school to create a green garden or a wall painting project on the theme of environmental protection to spread the impact of the project to many students, helping them love and take practical actions to protect the environment.
-Creating a healthy entertainment space, combining education and environmental interest for children.
- Stimulate creativity through recycling.
- Raising awareness and directing children to small actions in life to preserve and protect the living environment.
-Creating a positive spillover effect to the school, parents, students directly participating in the project and the community through communication activities.
- Attract the attention of the media to support effective communication activities.
