- Students face many obstacles and dangers when going to and from school.
- People have difficulty traveling, leading to limited livelihoods.
- The economy and society in this area are underdeveloped as a result of this.
- They receive very little support from local authorities because the People's Committee office is also very modest.

Main activities:
Construction of traffic bridges
- Expected results from these key activities:
+ Increase safety and long-term convenience for beneficiaries' travel.
+ Improve the quality of life for people here.
+ Create student excitement to go to school so that they can achieve good results.

+ Increased trade between households in the table and neighboring areas.

- Increasing safety and long-term convenience for the transportation of 40 households at Bo Ke canal route, Tan Hiep hamlet, Tan Hung commune, Cai Nuoc district, Ca Mau province, and neighboring households.
- Improve the quality of life for 40 households here.
3: Short - term goals:
- Reduce the occurence of people, especially children, falling into the water
