- Supply water for the Mekong Delta area.
- Organizing training sessions and seminars on gender concerns in water management.
Long-term goal:
Building up networks to discover and contribute more money for the job of sharing and disseminating more broadly in the region and nation.

Short-term goal:
- Disseminate research findings related to women's participation and empowerment in water resource management to relevant groups such as local authorities, private services, and NGOs.
- Four groups of "Women, Leadership and Water Initiatives" were established at 04 locations with wells.
- Empower women and girls through workshops/training on gender issues in water management.
